Core Creative Team
The core creative team represents the specialist disciplines that define the studio's production capabilities.
Leads the studio's cinematographic approach, translating creative direction into considered camera work, lighting, composition and movement. Responsible for establishing the visual language and maintaining consistency across productions.

Leads the studio's still-photography work across events, campaigns, portraits and commissioned projects. Develops photographic approaches that complement the studio's cinematic aesthetic while maintaining precision, character and visual consistency.

Shapes the final narrative through editorial structure, pacing, sound integration and colour. Responsible for transforming captured material into polished, emotionally coherent films that meet the studio's visual standards.
Primary responsibility: Editing · Colour Grading · Narrative Structure · Finishing
Develops the visual concepts and creative frameworks that guide a project before and during production. Works across references, mood, art direction, visual identity and creative planning to ensure every visual decision serves the story.

Oversees the capture and quality of production audio, with particular attention to dialogue, ambience, interviews and location sound. Ensures that sound is treated as an integral storytelling element rather than simply a technical requirement.

Shapes the physical and visual world in which each story unfolds, translating creative direction into considered environments, sets and details. Works closely with the Director and Head of Visual Development to establish cohesive spaces that support the narrative, mood and aesthetic of each production.
